Lamar Danley (Campus Ambassador)

Lamar Danley is a junior Political Science Major, African American Studies minor at Howard University by way of Memphis, TN. Lamar is committed to the respect, protection, and elevation of the Black and Brown Community. He currently is the owner of the international Blog, Blacktopic.com where he writes on oppression and racism in society while being an active worker in the public policy realm. He has written various policy analyses and recommendations on educational reform pertaining to accessibility for formerly incarcerated individuals, ill color-blind policies, critical race theory, and the crimination of Black Youth in educational spaces. He has interned with the National Policy Alliance, Prison to PhDs, and Howard University’s Women and Gender Center. He is the current Executive Management Intern for Howard’s Ronald W. Walters Leadership and Public Policy Center partnering with the National Conference of Black Political Scientists. He looks forward to advancing the mission and agenda of Revolutionnaire!
