Camille Ward is an Action Leader for Racial Equity at Révolutionnaire. Prior to Révolutionnaire, Camille founded The Empowerment Project, a media-centered organization dedicated to awareness and prevention of genocide and crimes against humanity, and molding students’ awareness of issues that impact their communities, countries, and the world. As a HERLead Fellow and a Bloomberg Beta Future Founder, Camille has represented various organizations in global forums related to entrepreneurship and education equity.
Camille earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Political Science and French & Francophone Studies from Columbia University in 2019. During her time at university, Camille studied in London, Paris, São Paulo, Ahmedabad, Rwanda, and Cape Town. Camille is currently an Analyst on the Emerging Markets Crossover Team at BlackRock, in New York. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Camille also lived in Washington D.C. and is a graduate of The School For Ethics and Global Leadership.
