I am a scholar, activist and practitioner in the fields of gender, race and sexuality equity and advocacy. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia in Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice and a master’s degree from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs. Over the past ten years, my professional focus and lived experience have centred the intersections of structural marginalisation, specifically as relates to Black and queer people.
